Activities

Education/Da'wah

Delivering Islamic knowledge and education to our community is an important part of our services, whether through the weekly sermons (Khutbas), weekly reminders with Sheikh after prayer, or weekly lectures and workshops. Information regarding any of our educational programming can be found on our social media pages.

Friday Khutba

Friday Khutba is the weekly sermon delivered by experienced scholars at the MCM. The Khutba reminds Muslims of what Allah (SWT) has said in the Qur’an and touches on various topics of concern in the modern day. We hold weekly Friday Khutbahs at the masjid, information regarding the time of our Khutbahs can be found on our homepage.

ICA Social Adult & Family Programming

You can find regular social programming for adults & families at ICA. This includes our monthly Sunday Brunch, Summer Picnics, and Quran Nights. We’re also proud hosts of our Annual retreat to Boyne Mountain resort during the Memorial Day weekend. To stay updated on all our programs, be sure to check our Instagram @ica.michigan and Facebook page on a regular basis!

We strive to connect deeply with our neighbors to foster mutually beneficial relationships that only grow over time. That’s why we host biannual picnics with the Farmington Hills Police Department and our local churches. To host community events with MCM, please contact [email protected]

Fundraising

To help fuel our activities and new projects, we host biannual Fundraising Dinners with ticket proceeds that go towards supporting the Masjid. All information regarding fundraising dinners can be found on our social media pages.
